Appearance: Unknown.  Only ever seen as a shadowy figure, in a black cloak.  Rumored to be horribly disfigured.
Age: Unknown.
Position: City watcher.

Physical description: Known to shift between a black and white tiger and a large dragon-lycan

Physical description: Petite, long black hair, looks like a dual-tailed black fox with caracal-like ears. (Foxramau) Often seen twitching and yipping a lot.

Notes: Appears to have a motorics dysfunction.
