Lately there have been reports of strangely dressed foreigners visiting the city or the temple district nobody has ever seen before. They apparently arent part of the poor and homeless and have coin and proper clothing, albeit a very colorful or outright weird fashion. Nobody seems to know where they come from or where they disappear to after they have gone about their business. With the current situation with the homeless, the authorities havent found the time yet to investigate this incident further. Local citizens are advised to be wary of any foreigner approaching them. Should anyone find out something about this, they are advised to inform the guard or temple forces.
