An official letter of the guard signed by Lt. Solis would arrive at the palace, addressed at Captain of the Guard Drucilla Fu Sheng and Minister Lord Emir. It asks for the revoking of Mishra's license as a doctor and presses charges against him for threatening a prisoner entrusted to him with rape, based on section 5 of Lismore's Laws*. Furthermore there is a complaint about how the whole interrogation with the prisoner boy named Blake was handled, having no official guard presence there at all during the process. Lt. Solis makes it abundantly clear that she thinks this whole affair is a shameful display for Lismore and its law enforcement, and she hopes both matters will be acknowledged and serious action will be taken.
