Fawn has rented the bath house and is intending to run it as some kind of a business. She says "I'm looking to hire bath boys and girls. There's no wages I'm afraid - the baths are given for free, but you get to keep any tips you are given. A keen worker can make quite a good living! There will be merchandise to be sold too, herbs and candles, soap and bath salts and things."

There is talk amongst the town about a new group rumored to have started in Lismore. Nobody knows when or where they came from, but shortly after they started, on nights when the moon is in a crescent phase, various acts of kindness are found. Snow pushed away from the doors. Dead leaves trimmed from the trees of the Temple, and placed into a neat pile. Even a few petty criminals landing on the doorstep of the jail overnight. Nobody knows who or what is doing these acts, but someone started the rumor that they are called the Brotherhood of the Moon.

However, acts of good are not the only thing that has started. Trinkets stolen with cash found in their place. Warning Messages placed at peoples' bedsides, warning them of a future threat to their existence. It is evident that the Brotherhood of the Circle has eyes everywhere, and can access most, if not all, of the city.

This is a forming, UNAPPROVED! faction that Ookamisuke Babenco, myself, is forming to add some spice to Lismore. They work against, with, for, above, below, and in all directions in between of all the factions, but are not a part of any of the others, and therefore can not pose a direct threat to their existence. I'm looking for players interested in having their character become a part of a super-secret society. One that every NPC villager knows about, but do not know who is in it, or what exactly they do (Kind of like the Freemasons!). Please send me a PM here on the website, or a notecard to my SL Account (Ookamisuke Babenco). Your character's participation in the group will be an IC secret, and nobody but those in the Brotherhood will know you are a part of it. How? That's a secret to the Brotherhood! I won't even reveal it OOC unless you are a) A GM/Admin, or b) a part of the brotherhood.

This is still forming, and ideas are still being formulated about it. If enough interest is shown, hopefully I can get this listed as an official faction. Don't worry about group room! No group will be formally created for the Brotherhood. Titles can 'accidentally' give one away. Instead, I'll be trying to make an item for those in the Brotherhood to wear during meetings.

Amelie Rousseau Harem was today publicly executed for high treason by decree of queen Xian Fangshi Valentine. To prevent reanimation by way of necromancy or other illegal practices, her body was cremated on the spot.

Citizens are advised to keep on their guard, and avoid traveling alone - three separate incidents of kidnapping have been confirmed, resulting in the whereabouts of Matthias, Moira and Ritual being unknown. This is believed to be the work of Julian, a wanted criminal who has committed similar acts in the past.

It's also my displeasure to report that archangel Zepira has been kidnapped - we are unable to fully confirm these rumors, but the demon, Goh, who is now imprisoned in the city jail, was able to produce one of her swords to those who apprehended him.

It is my pleasure to report that in a daring rescue effort, a small band of Lismore's citizens discovered the whereabouts of Julian's lair, and freed all of his prisoners alive. Unfortunately, Julian was not captured in the process.

Following an assault on the lair where Zepira was being held, lead by our prime minister, the missing archangel has been recovered alive, along with a powerful angelic weapon.

Rumors spread around the city that Miriamella of the city guard has been brutally ambushed and kidnapped! A note, left by the general of doncoutle's forces, Char, and found nearby Miri's sword, gloats over the victory and promises  endless nights of torture for the rest of the feline's natural life.. And perhaps longer. Two citizens were also caught up in the ambush, both seriously injured and in dire condition at the infirmity.

The citizens of the city have become fearful to leave their homes at night.

The Palace Guard would report that a minor incident took place in the royal plateau earlier on, but it was quickly handled by the Royal Guard Jelani.
Those involved were Anthony and Djoser, who got into a fistfight, but were separated by order of the Guard by Narmer and a strange beige and black horned winged cat-like creature (who slipped and fell off the plateau and afterwards was nowhere to be found).
The worgen Noxar seemed to treat for Anthony's injuries, while Djoser was led back home by Narmer.

No charges were pressed at the time.

Due to the brave efforts of Amon, Dru, Tikal, Athos and Vheljen, the rescue of lt. Miriamella was successful. In addition to her rescue, one of the agents that had been operating in lismore has been captured, and is awaiting ingerrogation.

Citizens of Lismore, friends and neighbors of said same -

Be aware that the forces of Doncoutle have grown more active, brazen, and tactically skilled.

Of more concern is the fact that they appear to have means to enter the city area via one or more other paths than the portal. Be wary of unfamiliar faces, and conduct yourselves in a cautious manner to avoid risk. Our forces are searching for their methods, and will soon have the matter dealt with.

For our brave defenders, remember always that your enemy places little value on life. In addition to those that we love and protect, which are now under threat of death by our enemy's own words, our enemy has commanded its own soldiers to fight to the last and beyond, making use of dark magics that use the last energies of life's gift in a desperate bid to wreak destruction before they perish. To summarize - expect sound martial tactics followed by suicidal surges when it is clear that the battle is lost. These are not common rabble.

Two such agents were found at the outskirts of town at the tail end of an attack upon Lux Aeterna, a soldier with Commander Zepira's forces. The enemy was defeated, with one, a fox, ending his own life via the aforementioned suicide attack, while the other, a jex, remains safely imprisoned and under guard.

Use good judgment while conducting business, but do not hide. Our enemy wishes for us to live in fear of him; show that we are prudent and watchful, but unafraid.

While these are dangerous times, make no mistake - we are stronger than our enemy, and we fight for our home. We will dismantle their means to combat us and put an end to their threat.

There are rumors spreading among the inhabitants of the caves below Lismore, that something strange is going on beyond the mushroom farms. Strange lights and eerie voices echo through the tunnels and corridors, and the path leading to the secluded cemetery is said to be filled with strange mist and bitter cold. The jackal living nearby has not been seen leaving his home for a few days, and one brave soul reports to have seen him drag something heavy from a newly unearthed grave.

While Zeela and Vheljen were working on their portal magic, an unknown force caused the portal experiment to go wrong. When activated, rather than taking Zeela to the target portal, it instead took her to a huge room dominated by a central table surrounded by chairs. Filling the chairs was a large number of foes of Lismore. After a few moments shock, and a couple traded words, they attacked, summoning a monster and letting loose attacks. Zeela managed to flee through another portal destabilisation and closed it behind her with antimagic, but not before the monster followed. A brief fight later, the monster was returned and she was able to return to Lismore.

For now she remains at home recovering but has written a list of those she saw around the main table.

In celebration of the birth of their new daughter, Princess Ashley Fu Sheng, the Emperor Xahu Fu Sheng and Empress Ewyllyn Fu Sheng have declared today a holiday in Lismore, with food and drinks to be served at no charge at the inn!

In a siege lead by Prime Minister Emir, General Aisling of the Crimson Isles, High Skirmisher Charon of the Steel Isles, and Anzhelina, the treasoner Lanzer was brought to justice. For some time, Lismore will see the garrison a little thinner than normal, as it's members and many others of lismore's warriors are recovering from the injuries they received during the intense fighting.

Among those that lost their lives in the conflict was Kaji, who has served as one of Lismore's frontline protectors as far back as the old desert conflicts, survived by a wife and child. May he find peace in the next life.

During the events of the siege, Lanzer's men lead a vicious counterattack against Lismore. Fortunately, Commander Zepira was able to lead the city's guards and garrison against the attack, suffering little to no casualties in the effort to repel it.
