Dockmaster Halkykin has been found dead in her office, shot in the head. She did not appear to have a chance to defend herself against the attacker. A man in a black cloak with a bird-like mask was reported being seen leaving the dockmaster's office a few days ago, making Collie Madfang the prime suspect. Collie should be considered at large and extremely dangerous, and is wanted by the City Guard for multiple counts of kidnapping, murder, and acts of war against the city of Lismore and it's allied factions.

One of Svetlana's slaves, Cat, after being abducted by raiders weeks back, was delivered back to the Inn in the paws of one of her assumed captors. This captor attempted to kill Cat after holding her hostage, (no official demands were made and it is unclear what lead to the sudden execution attempt), by drawing a blade across her neck. The captor has not yet been identified aside from appearance, an orange and brown bat cat with red eyes.

The city guard is currently offering a coin sum for additional information on the man described.

The man responsible, as described, is to be considered extremely dangerous and wanted for arrest by the city guard.

If you come across any information on the criminal, report to the guard tower as soon as possible.

With the dissapearance of Ashtyn during the fight against the balrog, Lucian has laid claim to the throne of Lismore.

Due to reasons unknown, Rajani has resigned from her position and left the island, her boat was seen departing in the distance.

Lucian is looking for any capable mages who are willing to do a bit of dangerous work in exchange for significant reward.

Lucian is currently looking for talented craftsmen and fighters for various jobs around the city and island. Volunteers will be paid more than fairly for services rendered.. Inquire with Colenzo, Xian or me to make an appointment to discuss specific jobs.

Maya, the city's currently appointed foreman of construction, is looking for able masons, woodworkers, carpenters and other craftsmen to take part in various building projects which will soon be occurring in the city. Interested parties should send a note or letter by messenger, or simply deliver it to one of the palace guards, detailing the applicant's talents and method of contact.

It has been reported that a citizen in the city, a red fox named Teryn, has abruptly stopped making appearances to his work at the docks, or in public in general. Teryn should be considered missing, the appearance of some of the bountied individuals listed on the board may have something to do with his disappearance.

If anyone has information on this disappearance, or if anyone wishes to lend their assistance finding them, please speak with me, Colenzo, during the open court hours Lord Lucian will be holding this week.

The new dockmaster, Tenaar Feiri, has put out a reward of 8 gold coins for any information about the missing red fox named Teryn. Tenaar is usually available between 6am & 3pm ((SLT)), in the dockmaster's office by the piers.
All collected information will be shared with Captain Colenzo.

Captain Colenzo is also encouraged to meet with the dockmaster to coordinate a thorough search of the city for clues as to what may have happened.

It is with a heavy heart that we report the death of Bahiti Valentine, who was murdered by an unknown person at the city's inn. If anyone has any possible or solid information on the assailant, please make a report to the city guard as soon as possible.

The city guard offers our deepest condolences to the friends and family of Bahiti, and urges everyone to take extra precautions to remain safe with the killer on the loose.

The city guard reports two more murders in the forest between the temple and the city.. Vheljen Valentine and Bellatrix Valentine have been found dead in the forest. It appears that these murders may be directed at the valentine family - anyone with any knowledge on the family and it's possible enemies should report to the city guard as soon as possible. The guard is eager to see the responsible party or parties punished for their actions.

City Watcher Xian Fangshi Valentine has issued a notice for all citizens to be on the lookout for a black or gray male fox following two reported incidents of what appears to be torture, leading to insanity.
The fox is reported to possess some form of illusion magic and seems to pick his targets at random.
The Guard urges all citizens to exercise caution when approached by strangers, report any suspicious activity and/or behaviour, and to not wander the streets alone until this matter is resolved.

Another murder has taken place, this time in the city. The victim, a large female gryphon. Victim appears to have been attacked in the air. Cause of death: slit throat.

Witnesses report a natural-brown otter female in black and white clothes escaping the scene. Any citizens who have yet to evacuate the city are asked to mind their surroundings and to take refuge at the Phoenix castle.

First reports of the ongoing war have finally been announced:

Lord Lucian seems to have had a final change of heart, during the initial attack led by Collie, he prevented the Pirate King from proceeding with some sort of spell and sacrificed his life to protect Lismore, his final moments shall always be remembered.

The City so far has suffered heavy losses, guards and civilians alike have been reported to have died or be heavily injured, the initial waves of attacks were joined by the sounds of cannon fire and the city lies ruined and burns at several places, the inn and city arena have suffered most damage right now.

Several of the defenders were forced to fall back to Zenko or the Caves, it has been reported that Xian, who is now active commander, and Dru have remained to fight fiercely at the front lines.

Raiders still roam the city, it is not safe within the city at all as the clash of guards versus raiders continue on every passing moment, sounds of gunfire and swords clashing against each other can be widely heard throughout the city.
