Hello everyone. Since weve reopened for active duty, Ive been working on how we are going to organize things around the Zenko as well as how we will conduct ourselves.
Please post any ideas, critiques, and comments in this thread.

Our goal is to protect these lands from those who seek to cause destruction and bring harm to the residents of Lismore. We strive to provide an impenetrable defense while encouraging individual members to develop themselves and help others do the same. Our focus will not only be on the strength of our militia, but also in providing the training and education that our members need in order to better their own lives. While we are at war with a powerful necromancer and his legions, we seek to put a swift end to it to maintain peace, not necessarily out of vengeance.
Process of joining

Anyone interested in joining the Zenko will need to obtain a form from Relina and obtain 3 signatures from current members of the Zenko. Officer signatures will count as two.
Zenko General laws.

Laws- These laws are always Persecuted REGARDLESS of the victims wishes
(Please keep in mind that these are rules that apply only to the Zenko area, and are for RP purposes only. However.. DO NOT DO the crime if you can't accept the punishment!)
-Theft will require the stolen Items be returned by the thief and Imprisonment for a length of time based on the persons record and the item.. or items stolen
-Murder and attempted Murder is defined as attacking any save the accused or beings from the Portal Outside of the arena, and will be met with harshly. True intent to kill a sentient innocent will be meet with execution with the weapon used or intended to be used to take the life. Those wanted for crimes such as this in The city or temple will be dealt with as if the crime were committed in the lands of Zenko as well.
(This means if YOU attack someone on Zenko land.. we will try to kill your character, and if your wanted for Murder or attempted murder coming on Zenko land.. we'll try and execute your character too. YOU have been warned The excuse of "its in my nature" only makes us kill you faster)
-Manslaughter or accidental killings in the arena will require the killer to serve any remaining family or baring that the Zenko grounds themselves for Four (RL) days (note in the instance of the family the only days they actively are on to give direction will be counted)
-Rapists will be marked with a brand that cannot be healed away over the left eye. forever marking them as such
- While slaves are allowed to enter the grounds and caught trying to Obtain slaves will have the fate they intended for their victim placed on them (made a slave them self) and be handed over to the licensed slaver In the city of Lismore as Merchandise. , Slaves Will be given every respect on the grounds.. Failure to do so will result in being barred from the grounds for two days, plus an additional day for each offense.
- clothing is not required though do not be surprised if shyer residents avoid you,
- Public displays of affection are allowed however anything beyond a single grope is required to take indoors to a more private location,Sex- Anal, oral, vaginal, or otherwise is Not allowed in the training grounds or streets., Those in violation will be interrupted and required to move. much to their embarrassment
- You may enter the desert AT YOUR OWN RISK.
The Zenko while we guard the gate .. are NOT responsible for your safety should you choose to enter
- The harvesting of the Tass crystals is EXPRESSLY forbidden as many are unstable and will explode if not handled properly.
All harvests must be approved by Lady Relina directly
Tass is the property of The Zenko guardians unless attained through these channels
- Impeding a Zenko Guard's or Officer's duties or enforcement of Our laws will result in your own Banishment from our land and your own possible harm. If you are Harmed in the act of impeding such You give up all legal recourse and protection the laws would afford you to said guard.
All Visitors to the Zenko Grounds Must adhere to these rules. And be respectful Of its Guardians regardless of rank.
Code of conduct for Zenko members

It ill be expected that all members of the Zenko regardless of rank wear one of the uniforms issued to them upon joining while on duty. It will be the responsibility of each member to maintain and keep their own uniform. When off duty, uniforms will not be required.
Each member of the zenko will be expected to be respectful of one another and listen to orders given by superior officers. The zenko grounds will also be open to the public so each member of the Zenko should treat peaceful visitors with respect and generally make them feel welcome in the public areas.
Rules for handling conflicts within the zenko ranks and with visitors

If you run into a conflict that you cannot settle by yourself, bring it to the proper authorities or consult your superior officer. All members of the Zenko will need to handle conflicts in a mature manner, if a conflict doesnt require violence then dont lash out, try to solve it in a mature manner or even bring it to someone who can help resolve it.
P.S. Yes NPC guards will be guarding the gate so if something happens near the gate, keep that in mind.
