So with all the steps necessary to precede the event done, it's time to settle on a time.

When would be a good time to do it?

The people who are absolutely required would be Aryn and I, and Ashtyn and Ani, and then ideally we'd also have everyone else on the council, in the nobility and in other places in the chain of command.

I would propose this upcoming Tuesday at 1pm SLT (the usual time), which is I think 22:00 for us north-western Europeans in Norway and Germany.

Tuesday is a bit short notice if you expect me to decorate the place. Also, 22:00h on a workday means I can't join you guys. So if it is possible, I'd rather propose Friday at the same time.

My time is flexible so I'll wait for others to chime in.

I can't commit to Friday, or any other day after Thursday for most of the month because I have no idea when dad is going to call me in to help him with harvest.

Wednesday or Thursday is the latest I can guarantee right now I can do, if we're not going to chance potentially another month's wait.

Hmm, if Bomber is away till sunday and Tenaar only can do Mondays-Thursdays...  perhaps Thursday 20th of September?

Thursday 20th would definitely work for me, but that's a long wait.
I could probably also make Sunday since that is also the night leading into Monday, but the reason I haven't been considering weekends is because Athian and Aryn are usually busy then.

But maybe Sunday from 9am SLT? That would be 6pm for us European folk.

That sunday evening we are going out for dinner with Aryn's mom and his brother.
