Lasvannon is wanted for the assault of princess Xylia. The city guard and it's allied authorities are advised to bring Lasvannon in by whatever means are necessary, he is not to escape.

Lasvannon was spotted by Anzhelina in the high garden forests, and was slain during the encounter. There is no body to handle as it seems to have dissipated into some type of magic, but Anzhelina delivers assurances that the fae has been slain.
