To show the people that the royal family cares about the common citizenry and the poor, Ambassador Tiana Fu Sheng has adopted a boy called Jace, an orphaned wolf who had been living in New Eden. Prior to his adoption he had to fend for himself and was forced to resort to petty crimes to survive. The royal family cares deeply about the lives of their subjects, and wishes to encourage others with wealth and privilege to share it with those who have fallen on hard times.
