Wanted: Oz

The vampire/ocelot, Oz, is wanted for arrest after being formally accused of attempted murder and assault, which has resulted in an unwanted case of vampirism against Velin'deras. He should be arrested on sight, and held for questioning and possible sentencing.

Update: After talking to witnesses and the victim of those alleged crimes, to those charges will be added: attempted rape and mind control abuse. The Vampire Oz is now wanted and is to be brought in dead or alive. Every checkpoint, every guard in the city is asked to immediately subdue and arrest him if he is seen.
