He consulted with Velin'deras who seemed to know Las, who suggested Las must be put somewhere away from negative emotions, because the fae seems to pick up on the moods of those around him and the energies and emotions of places, and that influences his behavior and makes him very hard to deal with, so the jail cells might not be the best place to contain him.
