Subject: Lasvannon Tol'quiss

Charges: Inciting an affray; Resisting arrest.
To be released: Incarcerated for 18 days. (Release by 16/03/16, @ 6:00am server time)

Details:

The Guard force responded to reports of violence at the Rabbit Hole Inn and broke up a bar fight reportedly incited and caused by the fae Lasvannon Tol'quiss. Most of the perpetrators managed to slip away in the commotion, but Lasvannon was indeed apprehended. Subject resisted apprehension and assaulted the arresting guard, successfully inflicting a bite wound and some bruises.
The arresting guard has elected not to pursue a charge of assault.

Lasvannon later explained that he caused the affray out of boredom and frustration.

Description: Lasvannon was caught breaking and entering a house behind the shops and when caught, he stirred a ruckus and resisted arrest for a moment then finally gave in.

Las has been transferred to the temple grounds and into an enchanted wooden cage, under guard by the temple scouts. He remains a prisoner of the city's jurisdiction, but the iron in the jail was causing him unnecessary stress and pain.
