The young mutt called Arlin Cannaghan has been released from custody and given a chance to prove himself to Lismore's society. He will be watched for a while but is free to go wherever he wants. People are asked to be careful with him and not remove his cloak, since he is overly sensitive to sunlight due to a -probably hereditary- defect.
