Jo'al would join a normal combat OP if available. He wouldn't have the endurance for a fortress assault, likely.

Lismore's warriors are advised to be on their guards! Steel Isle scouts have just reported that several independent islands approaching Lismore seem to have been viciously assaulted by an unknown assailant. Most deaths seem to have occurred by beheading, survivors are being treated for severe injury and abrupt cases of insanity.
