Valda Black tried to kill Luken and his friend (Greer). Was sparring with Luken's Father.
She threw a gravity ball at them in the stands while they were cheering. Destroyed part of the stands with the attack, although they dodged. She states she hates children.
Luken met her again in the street a while later where she was still threatening towards him and his brother Nox.
She is reported to work as weapons master for Cruentus.

[05:13] Luken: glances at the female a moment and then looks back to Amon, considering it a moment. "I see.." He replies, and fidgets with the book a moment, "I can tell you.. I should.. A few weeks ago a woman named Valda Blacke tried to kill me and a friend of mine.. we were watching her and my dad spare, when she got angry or something.."
[05:15] Amon smiles to Kahina, "There is quite a difference in my eyes.. but thank you" he replies before looking back to Luken, listening before he starts to frown, taking a bit of parchment and a quill to start writing on, "She did? Who was your friend? And what happened?" he asks as he starts to write a report
[05:17] Kahina shrugs again and would fall silent to listen
[05:17] Luken: splays his ears. He clearly did not like making trouble, but the collie was insane! "His name is Greer.. I havent seen him lately.. And yes.. she threw some kind of gravity ball thing at us while we were sitting in the stands in the arena.. " He replies, "All we had been doing was cheering."
[05:19] Amon continues to frown as he writes that down too, "Ok, thank you.. did anything happen when the ball hit?" he asks, "And did she say or do anything else after doing that? Oh, and thank you for this information so far Luken.. you are being very brave, and we should be able to make sure she does not harm anyone else with this information"

[05:23] Luken: nods some, "It destroyed the part of the stands where we had been sitting.. but it was weeks ago.. so its likely been repaired by now.. I had to drag Greer over the side of the railing into the arena to avoid it.." He tells him, "She said she hates children.. and hadnt even been mad at us.. just that she felt like it.." He informs, "I did run into her again, in the street.. and she continued to be threatening..she threatened me and my brother Nox." He tells him, "I was told she is the weapons master for the crunteous mercenary group..."

[05:28] Amon frowns, his frown deepening further as Luken's report goes on, "She.. yeah, I'm going to see if she can be arrested right away. But you say she works for Cruenteous? I'll have a chat with Val too.. she needs to be delt with. Is there anything else you can tell me about what happened?"

[05:30] Luken: thinks a bit to be sure he was not forgetting anything, and then shakes his head a bt, "I think that is it.. and yes.. that is what I was told.." He informs him, and fidgets a bit. "I probably should have told someone sooner.."
[05:35] Amon smiles to Luken, "Thank you for this information, I will report it right away" he states before nodding, "And its ok, I understand this is something worrying. The main thing is I know now, so I will start taking what steps I can" he smiles, "Thank you!" he then looks back to Kahina, "Do you have anything to report or say before I set off to submit this report?"
[05:43] Kahina smirks at Amon "Not at all. I don;t even know who you are talking about"
[05:43] Luken: nods some, and looks a bit worried. He then looks over to the female again, and perks his ears some, and smiles at her, "Im sorry about that.." He says, and flicks his tail. He then looks back to Amon.
