Letter of Suspended Sentence
Let it be known that Lucian Crecida is to be considered in service to the Empire of Lismore, with judgment and sentencing for past behaviors suspended until further notice. Lucian, of fennec and lupine blood, shall be recognized by a gold colored bracer around the forearm that shall be worn and visible at all times. In his current capacity, the law treats him as a free man, with the exception that he is not permitted to leave the island without written consent from the Emperor or Prime Minister.
It is Lucian’s wish that he be allowed to contribute to the town’s general prosperity as atonement for past deeds. As such, he has agreed to strict ever-present supervision and shall take no action against the Empire or its people.
