Lasvannon has been released from jail, and is hereby banished from the temple.

For a brief time, Lasvannon was permitted to visit the temple if he consented to being escorted by a scout during his visit.

As a result of a bout of disruptive behavior during his most recent stay, Lasvannon's visiting privileges have been revoked, and his banishment from the temple grounds is now permanent.

If seen on temple land, he is to be arrested on sight using whatever measures are necessary.
