Artificial creation of life and necromancy: BANNED!
« on: November 17, 2013, 09:54:42 pm »
I hereby declare that any creation of life that is not through natural reproduction and birth, as well as the act of necromancy is forbidden and banned from our lands.

Anyone experimenting, practicing or creating life through the means of alchemy, magic or other unnatural ways, or preforming necromancy, will have their studies and work confiscated and destroyed and the creator will be apprehended and trialed.

By order of Emperor Xahu Fu Sheng, the ban on necromancy has been revised.

Those seeking to practice acceptable forms of the art, such as communing with spirits, and other means which bring no harm to anyone living or dead, may apply for a permit to practice their craft with the city authorities!

Resurrection of the dead, animation of corpses, and such practices are still forbidden!

Signed by Xahu Fu Sheng, Emperor of the Sky Islands, Lord of Lismore

By order of Empress Ariel Na'Varr Fu Sheng, the ban on creation of life that is not through natural reproduction and birth has been revised.

Those seeking to create golems, constructs, and other such homunculi, may apply for a permit to practice their craft with the city authorities!

Existing constructs are allowed to freely breed, if capable of such by design. They must apply for a permit to achieve such capacity if not originally designed as such.

Signed by Ariel Na'Varr Fu Sheng, Empress of Lismore and its territories.
