Not too long ago, TotalBiscuit, a major game review (and let's play) channel on youtube, had a strike leveled against them for using gameplay footage in a game review, stating that TotalBiscuit had "No right to generate revenue using our lisence." This is a sad excuse for taking down a negative review for a bad game - evidence supported by the fact that many other reviews and let's plays of the same game that are less popular haven't been touched.

Wild Games Studios thinks that it's okay to censor negative reviews of poor games. They have no legal grounds to do this, and the concept is another blow being dealt to the steadily failing health of the gaming industry. (If the game industry crumbled as a result of floods of poor games and abuse of consumer rights, it would NOT be the first time!)

Below is a video TotalBiscuit made concerning the incident, explaining it in further detail, and below that, a petition to remove the game in question from the steam store due to the unethical grounds on which it ended up there in the first place!

Well that's just rude. I love TotalBiscuit and reviews should not be taken down simply due to negative ratings.
