The following laws are now in effect~!
*Assault*
Assault results in arrest and imprisonment in the Phoenix cells. To be handled by a case by case basis, but usually resulting in physical punishment. This also include antagonising others with the intent for them to lash out.
*Rape*
Rape is punished on first offence with either an "R" branded on the face, or neutering. Second offence results in removal of the offending organ altogether. This includes forcing people into a situation for this to occur or encouraging others to commit the act.
*Slavery*
Slavery and forced imprisonment is against the law unless under special circumstances such as punishment for crimes committed. Slaves will be entitled to the same rights as everyone else.
*Theft*
Theft will result in a fine equalling double the value of the stolen goods. Physical punishment might also be enacted at the discretion of the rulers of Phoenix.
*Bounties*
All bounties from other factions are valid on Phoenix land unless explicitly stated by Phoenix's Leadership.
*Responsibility of actions*
1. A being that is considered there own entity. Therefore they will be punished for there actions on there own.
2. Antagonising, baiting and otherwise driving people to commit a crime counts as doing the crime too. For example, urging someone to rape will be punished as if you had done the act.
*Loopholes*
Those that try to exploit loopholes in laws will be punished and made an example of.
*Money Owed*
Any money owed must be paid within a week. (such as fines and tabs) Failure to pay the money will result in arrest and time working in the mines, for 1 week per 2SP of money owed. Inadequate productivity will result in not being fed. Alternately, the fine can be paid by consenting to experimentation by Phoenix.
*Death during Imprisonment*
Any criminals who die before their punishment is complete will donate their body to settle the fee. Please see above.
Crimes committed by Phoenix's leadership (Xela and Hazel) will be reviewed by a case by case basis by the rest of the leadership.
