ARRESTED: Drake Wolfwood
« on: June 13, 2016, 03:02:08 pm »
On this day, a mercenary called Drake Wolfwood was arrested by the guard under orders of the Emperor Xahu Fu Sheng, under the charges of insubordination and conspiracy and possible insanity. He is to be heldprisoner until it can be determined whether he is a potential threat or a mere madman helplessly rambling due to mental illness.

The arrest was done and registered by LT Solis of the Lismorean Guard
Heaven starts with a smile :)

As doctor Simon was busy tending for the wounded, and Yamanu is nowhere to be found, Mishra was sent in to evaluate the prisoner's mental condition.
Below is the transcript of their interaction, followed by Mishra's report.

[21:43] Mishra comes into the Guards' Tower, and while he has the credentials, he's still escorted by a guard downstairs to the cells area, and he smirks seeing Drake in there, "You are the...", and he glances to the guard, and very carefully but very sarcastically chooses his words, "...are the dear lovely person to whom no harm will come while you are in here under the care of the Guard? What did you do, sweet delicate young man?"
[21:46] Drake was up and about pacing for the time, he still had the blanket the one fennec had given him but it was used more as a pillow then anything else; Because of the quality of the silk object it stuck out like a sore thumb. Looking up at the voice he just rubbed the back of his neck and rolled his eyes at the sarcasm coming off the male, "Oh you know, prince got upset with me, then the royal family when I asked if they had some short term memory issues. Bout the usual stuff around here I suppose."
[21:50] Mishra smirks a bit, and says softly to Drake, "Ah, ....well, they think you are crazy. I mean, you walked into their home, and threw insults at them. Oh, where are the manners? And won't anybody think of the children? You insulted the children of the emperor! What were you thinking?"
[21:53] Drake "Well of course they do. They are a bit blinded by themselves and couldn't see the insults that they leveled my way first and then quickly wanted to hide behind some law of we can't talk poorly bout them. Everyone in the room apparently just puts a filter on when the brat of a prince talks."
[21:57] Mishra chuckles a little, and shakes his head, "So, you come from a place where there's no laws and no royalty and nobody gets offended by being insulted by a lowly commoner? I mean, a valued member of society who happens not to be of noble birth or position..."
[21:59] Drake shrugged, "I come from a place where if some one calls some one a mongrel and a whore, they don't go running behind laws when the person insults them right back. But apparently the prince can say whatever he wants and be allowed to get away with it."
[22:01] Mishra grins a little and nods affirmatively to Drake, "That is correct. That is how it's done around here. That's the law. That's the tradition. Do you believe yourself capable of obliging to it or ...?
[22:01] Mishra Snowpaw: "
[22:02] Drake "Well your tradition sucks. If they want to throw insults out at people then they should be ready to get them back instead of cowardly hiding behind laws to protect them."
[22:05] Mishra grins still, and says softly but again loaded with sarcasm, "Oh but our wise and majestic magnificent magnanimous leaders don't like it that way. So, since they are the leaders, they say how things are done, and we common folks, lovely productive members of society, graciously and gratefully oblige. That is how it's done here."
[22:08] HUD-Weather: Cloudy.
[22:08] Drake "Well sucks for them. Guess they must of been sheltered as children and told they where special and that every one loves them." Never one to be afraid to say what was on his mind he just leaned on the bar with a bit of a groan, by now he had gotten used to the weird feeling they had given him. "Skipping that since this conversation will get no where. Do you happen to know anything bout that Pink death of Eden? Once I get out of here I do have a job to finish."
[22:12] Mishra chuckles a little, "The Pink Death? ...you have bigger problems than that, prisoner! You see, if the awesome wonderful beloved rulers aren't satisfied with the evaluation on your condition, they will do to you what's necessary to deal with those who can't adjust to be well-behaved polite proper productive members of society, which could mean anything from sending you to the desert prison, to banishing you, to ...uhmm what's a non-scary thing that's Ok to say to a criminal... They might ... I don't know, I suck at this stuff. Here's the deal, Drake Weird Feet: The royals own your ass. You behave, or they punish you. Do you get that?"
[22:19] Drake "Oh I'm sure they already paid the doctor off and he'll tell them whatever they want to hear anyway. So probably got two ways out of here, one is just louder then the other." Tapping on the bars for a moment he let out a small laugh, "Oh a desert. Never been there before, but then again they'd get me out of this cell and out the city and then I'd just pull my vanishing act. Royals don't own nothing."
[22:23] Malik Nejem approaches the guard tower and knocks a couple of times on the door. "Hello? It's me, Malik! I've brought those documents you needed!" And he knocks again, very impatiently. "Hello!"
[22:25] Mishra chuckles, "Actually they haven't paid me shit, ...can I say shit?", and he looks to one of the guards, who just sighs. They clearly don't care much for the white cat's antics, "...so, shit! I mean, they haven't paid me shit! I'm here on my own time so Simon can handle his many children and patients while being paid a pittance! So! From what I have seen so far my report will look somewhat like this: Drake Whatever-Other-Name is a delusional man who believes himself above all laws including those of good manners and of survival. He's unrepentant and unapologetic. It is this doctor's recommendation that he be destroyed, to avoid the future costs that keeping him imprisoned would incur, and to avoid the troubles he could cause in the future if he is released.", and he pauses for a moment just looking to Drake.
[22:28] Drake "Then I'll keep it simple. I'll be out of this cell the moment you turn around to go hand in the report. You'll look for me, but wont bother finding me, so drop the careless threats and going over Simon's head yeah?"
[22:32]  A guard finally answers the blush fennec at the door, letting him in. The three-tails makes his way over to the desk with the stack of papers he's carrying & he drops them down on there. The fennec's sensitive ears perk up at the sound of chatter from down below. He recognizes Mishra. They're letting him in there now? "... That is all you requested. May I see the prisoners?" He's of course assuming Mishra is in jail. Again.
[22:36] Mishra rolls his eyes, and turns to the guard, "...keep this off the records will ya?", and he turns to Drake, stepping closer to the cell and saying like he's talking to a child, ...a very much disliked child, "Are you fucking retarded?! You imbecile, witless moron! This is what I get for trying to help idiot petty criminals! Grow some brains you fool!", and he ever so discretely winks to Drake.
[22:40] Drake sighed, if it was one thing he was never good at dealing with it was being screamed at, after the last little threat he had no trust for the feline and had decided it was best to get ready to leave the jail cell and Lismore on his own terms. "You might want to keep it on the record guard." The bars where near big enough for him to squeeze through if he sucked in his gut, so he just curled his fingers  and let his arm try to shoot out between the bars to punch the feline right in the mouth hoping to daze the feline and maybe knock them down flat on their ass.
[22:41] Malik Nejem would presumably get permission to visit the prisoners since there's no known restrictions on that. So he'd go downstairs, just in time to see Mishra be attacked? Either way, he crosses his arms as he regards the white cat.
[22:45] Mishra was too close to the cell; later he would recommend panting a safety line around the cells to indicate how close people should get and not risk getting punched! He does get punched, but not knocked out. WHile the guard stands to attention, he can't help a little snicker. Mishra steps back, bringing a paw to his muzzle, and grumbling a bit, then looking back to Drake and shaking his head, "...alright, so you are a lost cause.", and he turns to leave, and finds Malik there, "...what are /you/ doing here?"
[22:50] Drake snorted, "Well don't come up to my cell and act all high and mighty after hanging a death threat over my head. Mean really this point you have nothing to gain and I got nothing to loose by knocking your teeth in. So sod off you wanker."
[22:53] Malik Nejem smirks a bit at the white cat. "Well, I thought you were in prison. So I came to make fun of you. But I'll take you getting socked in the kisser." he says. And he throws the prisoner a quick look. "Hey, isn't he the guy that fought alongside the army or something? What happened?"
[22:55] Mishra smirks to Malik, "...technically you are correct, I am in prison, but I am not a prisoner. ...and I'm done here. Come and make fun of me outside, the guards here are grumpy and don't have any sense of humor...", and he begins walking up, and out.
[22:57] Drake rolled his head some watching the cat leave, "Well give him my regards on being an asshole. I'm going to go ahead and break out now." Rubbing the back of his head with a small laugh he took a few steps back from the bar an looked about the cell doing his best to figure out the exact spot he should be standing, "Think... Here is fine."

Re: ARRESTED: Drake Wolfwood - MISHRA'S REPORT

It's the opinion of this doctor that the prisoner Drake is not fit to rejoin polite society. He shows no indication of regret or repentance or the slightest hint that he has at all learned his lesson.

This doctor would suggest a quick and simple execution, to avoid all the future troubles involved with maintaining or releasing such antisocial person.
