The otter-hybrid Mordecai Laroux has been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, as well as an as of yet undetermined number of forgery and illegal slave trading counts.

Special note from Lt. Lorenz: On the advice of the capturing party, Mordecai is not for any reason to be exposed to smoke unless the antimagic crystal is at full strength.
