ARRESTED (Again): Michonne Benitez

After assaulting a patron at the local inn and escaping the scene, the leopard woman resisted arrest once more and assaulted a member of the guard. She is currently held at the tower. LT Solis would suggest to her captain that this time there needs to be something done that ensures that the leopard girl is brought into line and has to spent her energy and time on something else than causing trouble. This is based on the general attitude and reaction shown during the arrest, which makes the LT believe that there would be repeat crimes and transgressions if they let the woman just go and do public service.

Lorenz would suggest the possibility of extensive and reduced-privilege jail time, as well as the possibility of a short term of indentured servitude to the city where her freedom will be restricted to slave rights until such a time as it is believed she can be trusted to behave.

Amon suggests she is put to work for val for a while, siting that such work helped Nicky intergrate with lismore.

Michonne Benitez has since shown many behaviours of a disturbed individual. She has threatened suicide by hanging herself as well as cutting herself with her own claws

As such she has had her claws clipped and all items of clothing or otherwise that could be used for suicide removed from her person. She has been provided with clothing that would not take her weight were she to attempt self strangulation but will still serve for warmth (Basic prison clothing)

With all actions taken into account, criminal or otherwise, Michonne will be remanded in custody until such time as she can be judged as rehabilitated and suitable for common society

This will be fully discussed with the ruler of Lismore and any changes to this decision enacted accordingly

After visiting Michele, Mariah believes that her, Ausar and the others have touched on the underlying issues that have caused her behavior so far. Most of it was bad blood from her past experiences with authority figures, but Mariah has full confidence that Michele will be putting her best effort towards putting all of this behind her, and recommends a release as soon as possible.

After another talk with the prisoner, LT Solis would add her vote to let her go free and help her find a new life in Lismore.

Taking into consideration the opinions of my Guard Officers. Michele (as she is correctly known) will be released. Her time in jail is considered punishment for her previous transgressions of the law

However this is under the condition that she works, at least for a time, for the Captain of the Guard. She will be closely watched and monitored during this time. Any further lawbreaking will be dealt with most severely
