This is a report handed in by Amon to the guard, and not a formal arrest warrant, yet.

While dealing with a foe of Lismore claiming to work under Doncoutle, the one who caused Lismore to get stranded in the sky, I was interrupted by Cena Valentine who blocked my attack to protect him. Given the immediate counter attack from the demon I received that she was able to dodge as if she was ready for it, I suspect Cena to be working for Doncoutle and would recommend arresting her for treason charges to find out how far her loyalties lie.

The demon Cena Valentine is wanted for questioning for her involvement in the fight with the demon Goh.

Cena is wanted ALIVE for questioning, but force and deadly force is authorized should she refuse to surrender herself.

Cena Valentine has been arrested by Anzhelina, under the authority of Prime Minister Emir. She is being held in one of the cages underneath the arena.

Cena Valentine was reported to have been found dead, presumably of natural causes (no signs of foul play), in her prison cell.

The body was handed over to her mate Navaru, who set forth to arrange for her burial.
