New Guard Orders

New orders concerning the prison cells and visiting the prisoners:

Nobody is allowed into the prison area without prior permission of an officer of the guard. Nobody is allowed in without being escorted by a guard.

Presents and gifts meant for the prisoners are to be thoroughly examined physically and by magical divination before handing them to the prisoners.
