In an effort to enhance clarity regarding property ownership in Lismore and the neighboring islands, Prime Minister Khaleem Aweyn' has started compiling a registry of properties and proprietors within the domain of the Lismorean Empire.
Crown Properties: Although the Emperor has domain over all that which is within the Lismorean Empire, the Crown Properties are under the direct administration of the Lismorean Monarchy.
- Tower Palace
The Tower Palace is the official residence of the emperor of Lismore.
- Ivory Tower
The land where the Ivory Tower is built is owned by the Crown, but the structures there belong to and are under the stewardship and management of the Aurumcauda family.
- Qa'a Ramani Tower
The land where the Qa'a Ramani Tower is built is owned by the crown, as well as the structures built upon that land, which are under the stewardship and management of Khazim En'Cenaar.
- Library of Lismore
The land where the Library of Lismore is built as well as the structures therein are owned by the Crown, under the stewardship and management of Abbadon the head librarian.
- City Apartments
The land where the City Apartments built by Emperor Xahu Fu Sheng sit is owned by the Crown, as well as the structures therein, under management by the Manager of the Royal Properties.
- Guards' Tower
The land where the Guards' Tower is built as well as the structures therein are owned by the Crown, under management of the Captain of the Lismorean Guard.
- Arena
The land where the Arena is built as well as the structures therein are owned by the Crown, under management by the Manager of the Royal Properties.
- Marketplace
The land where the Lismore Market Place is, including the market stalls and well, are owned by the Crown, under management by the Manager of the Royal Properties.
- City Park
The land where the City Park is located is owned by the Crown, under management by the Manager of the Royal Properties.
- Tailor Shop
The tailor shop is considered part of the marketplace and owned by the Crown, but is under the management of Shaya Snowpaw.
- City Farm
The land where the city farmlands are is owned by the Crown, under the stewardship and management of the Lord Overseer of the Granaries, but the House Hoggard therein is the property of Lord Athian Hoggard.
- Tass Refinery
The Lismorean Tass Refinery building is owned by the Crown, under the stewardship and management of Jack and River Lanterns.
Personal Properties: Ownership of the listed structures/locations includes the land they are built upon unless otherwise noted.
- Smithy
The smithy is owned by Nina, within the area of the Lismore Market Place.
- The Rabbit Hole Inn
The Rabbit Hole Inn is owned by Aryn.
- City Dome Houses
- House #1 is owned by the Thousand Suns family.
- House #2 is currently unowned (defaults to the Crown to sell it).
- House #3 is owned by Laila Turner.
- Vances' Mansion
The Vances' Mansion is owned by the Vance family (Djoser Vance and Yuna Vance Fu Sheng as the heads of the family).
- Ara's Beach House
The house on the beach is owned by Ara.
- Ivory Tower
The Ivory Tower building is owned by the Aurumcauda family (Solrin and Citrine Natine, and Malik and Sarah Nejem as heads of the family), on land owned by the Crown.
- Mishra's City House
The house belongs to Mishra Snowpaw.
- The Alchemy Guild
The building and land belong to the Lismore's Guild of Alchemists.
- Harem's House
The Harem's House is owned by Relina Harem.
- Hoggard House
The Hoggard House is owned by Athian Hoggard, on land owned by the Crown.
- Lismore Institute of Arcane Arts (LIAA, aka. The Zenko)
The LIAA is owned by Relina Harem, and managed by the LIAA Council.
- Lismore Stables
The Stables are owned by Radem.
- Hotel Fennecia
The Hotel Fennecia is owned by the Aurumcauda family (Solrin and Citrine Natine, and Malik and Sarah Nejem as heads of the family).
