Lucian will be opening the palace to visitors throughout this week. Lucian and some of the officials in his court will be available for questions and business during the hours of the open court - if anyone is intent on offering aid for anything, discussing business with the officials, asking them questions or anything similar - this will be a good time to do it! Lucian will be intending to hold these open court weeks regularly.
