A weasel dressed in black and wearing an eyepatch of unknown name has comitted significant acts of fraud in the Crimson Empire, and Lismore's guard force has been called upon to assist with his capture.
The man is known to be armed and possibly dangerous, though has not been observed to use weaponry during the normal course of his crimes.
