STATUTE: Ban on Archdemons

As decreed by Emperor Xahu Fu Sheng, no archdemon being is to be allowed to take residency in the islands of Lismore and territories of the Sky Islands unless given special permission by the authorities!

Lady Valencia Versthaler of Cruentus is hereby granted special privilege to reside in the territories of Lismore as an archdemon.
