Lasvannon has gone feral!
« on: October 01, 2017, 11:22:40 pm »
If people are wondering why the sudden insane character development for Lasvannon, I can clarify a few things.

1. He's been in a near pregnant state for the last year or so. That's got to be annoying.
2. When he finally turned back to full on male the immediate need was to abuse everything in sight. He is a primal creature after all, even if he acts refined. Serious case of pent up anger and need!
3. Lasvannon is a Noble Unseelie fae of the Autumn court. It's autumn. This is his time. He is most active in both intensity and prowess of all forms in the Autumn and winter. Spring and summer are boring.
4. He is the Herald of the Lost Prince. Could be important. Lasvannon never claimed to be a good boy. Hes always been very honest about his allegiances and what he thinks of certain Lusmorians. Please read the picks section on my character profile for a little snippet of the things Las has been through over the centuries and maybe you might understand why he's is actually mental...
5. Las is very much neutral evil...ponder on that one. As a fae he cannot feel more than one emotion at a time, but when he does that emotion is all consuming and controls all his actions. It's very hard to reason with him. It could be love...hate...lust. He is a emotional rollercoaster. I do appreciate that can be hard for some people to RP with. If it's an issue I can easily tone it down.
6. As of this moment, Las is unrepentant. In fact he is very happy with the outcome of the attack on the princess. Lasvannon regenerates faster from emotions. He feeds on thoughts and deeds. If someone was being good all the time around him, Las adapts to them and becomes inert and placid and pleasent. If someone starts to be bad, Las quickly falls into old habits...and is utterly immoral and foul. I can see why if you dont rp woth Las much this could just seem like bad roleplaying, but trust me everything Las does has a trigger and i RP it out properly. You might just have missed that trigger. The fact that the princess was resistant just amplified it all.
7. Las is fae. He does not posses a soul or morality. In his realm, death is inconvenient but not permanent. If you cannot die, that puts a whole new spin on what is and what is not socially and morally acceptable. Las understands other people have morals, but he just cannot understand why. It's not hard wired into him to care. Good and bad fae have this trait.
8. He has a personal vendetta against certain royalty that shall not be named and views this assault as the starring fight in an all out war against those royals. It wasn't meant to be sexual. This is vengeance. He remembers all...and will use any and all options...
9. The fae universally viwe every other plane or realm as 'a dream'. Much like when mortals visit the fae realms and see the vivid colours and impossible flora and fauna, they consider it unreal. Imagine it's the same for Las in the mortal realms. It's hard to not think as everything as a plaything and assign value to it. Just look at Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland and that's the insanity of the fae wilds.
10. There has to a 10th point.. .em...yes. love you all. I've been playing Fae and Lasvannon for my entire adult life from 16. In Larp, in DND and rp online. I think I have got the madness quite incheck. Maybe I need therapy...oh well!!! Woo!

Toodles! Off to Work!
