There is now the option for guards serving in the Lismorean Guard to travel abroad to the allied kingdoms of the Steel Isles and the Crimson Empire, to participate in their guard for some time and learn new techniques and methods, to return to Lismore with a broadened horizon. Likewise guards from those two allied empires will be serving in the Lismore Guard for some time and participate in the training.
The exchange program is voluntary, but having completed it will increase the chances of promotions.
This initiative was discussed and sanctioned by the military officers of both allied kingdoms together with the leadership of the Lismorean Guard.
