City guard investigating break in (alchemy guild)

After Ike Harem ran out of the alchemy guild, a guard was dispatched to investigate what went on.

update: Ike Harem has been turned over to the supervision of his family, but he is confirmed to have changed dramatically. Please be sure to approach in a non hostile manner if you see him.
