Following the disappearance of Prince Patrick Fletcher Fu Sheng, the Emperor has decreed that guards be stationed by every portal in the City, the Port, the Temple, and in the Caves, and by the gryphons landing points, and that everyone traveling must submit themselves and their belongings to search.
All ships are to be held in port until they can be searched. All caravans are to be searched. All persons are to cooperate fully with the search parties.
The Guard is authorized to use force if necessary; the penalty for refusal of cooperation shall be summary imprisonment, to await for later trial.
Prime Minister Emir Brightmane's Legion Eternal has been assigned to assist the Lismorean Guard with these search efforts.
A reward will be given to anyone who can provide concrete information concerning Prince Fletcher's whereabouts.
