By order of Emperor Xahu, the warrant on the werewolf Forest is hereby canceled.
Forest is to be stripped of any official title and role he had amongst the Guard, since he doesn't seem to possess any longer the maturity necessary to carry on with his duties.
As an orphan, it's then advised that the Guard might look into raising the werewolf child, providing him with housing and food and the basic necessities of life, and if when he matures he displays the qualities necessary to be a member of the Guard, he will then be welcome to enroll in it once again.
Forest is also required to seek Lismore's doctors, to try and understand the reason for his sudden regression back into childhood.
