Alphonse has been sentenced and punished. He was castrated and stripped of his powers, as well as of his sense of being able to feel. He currently resides in the infirmary where his wounds are patched up and is given a chastity belt.
Anyone attempting to remove the chastity belt or heal the damage done to him will be hold accounted for aiding a criminal and will be arrested and punished accordingly, Alphonse too will be arrested and punished accordingly should he be fully healed again or have his chastity belt removed.
Furthermore, Alphonse is hereby labeled as a known rapist, though will be allowed to walk the city as a free man due to already having been punished, as such, no acts of hostility or revenge may be taken against him.
