Miner: Huh? Seen who?

Sailor: Lady Valencia and her mate have returned from their journey.

Miner: What? Really? They have been gone for a good two years, why did she leave again?

Sailor: That whole incident with that batcat, and because she wanted to give birth in her homeland...oddly enough, neither her or her mate carried children with them.

Miner: Maybe she ate them, she is a demon yanno.

Sailor: Hush you! or have you forgotten how she used to punish you workers?

Miner: Aw crap...you're right....barkeep, another pint.

Worker: It's Lady Valencia now huh? And no I haven't.

Miner: Hey, I don't want to work double time like John! But erm, I have seen her, all bandaged up...and with a huge stomach

Worker: Was that batcat guy stuffing her for a meal? Sick...

Miner: No you idiot, she's pregnant!

Worker: Oh! Well that does mean she wont order us around much...

Miner: Shh! They say she has ears everywhere!

Miner 1: Did you hear what they did to John?

Miner 2: Huh? What happened to John?

Miner 1: They say Valencia caught him talking about that she would have us all work double time.

Miner 2: Oh god....what happened then?

Miner 1: Apparently he's working 17 hours a day now, with only 6 hours of sleep and a 1 hour break for food.

Forfieting the former warrant, Phoenix has now gone into a mutual bounty along with the City for a total sum of 8000 gold coins for the capture of the batcat whom is named Julian, the previous cautions are still adviced.

With Xela's capture, phoenix is left fairly leaderless, I Valencia Versthaler will assume temporary command with Cala as my advisor, at least until Hazel shows up or Xela is safely returned and can resume her leadership.

With the recent kidnapping of Xela, Phoenix too will now place a reward upon the capture of the black and orange batcat that has been the cause of the recent kidnapping in the city. He is wanted for Assault, Kidnapping and Rape and I will personally reward anyone with 4000 gold for the immidiate capture of this batcat.

Caution is adviced however, the batcat has proven to be very strong and dangerous, do not engage him one on one, surround him in numbers or take him down by surprise but be sure to capture him alive.
