Title: The Phoenix Tavern

So as part of some construction projects going on IC to make the Caves more appealing for people, Xela and Hazel would have built a tavern in there. And here it is! Open for business at last!

I believe Felix Stourmead's character Sera was going to be put in charge of the Tavern, but if you think your character could make a good bartender there, contact Xela or Felix and arrange it with them.
