Title: Jay Jailed for assault

Blue and black fox identified as Jay arrested for assault upon a white and black feline ((Sendra)).

This very guard was witness to the use of a glass to hit said feline over the head, as well as Jay being in an extremely drunk state. A short spell in the jail is suggested to cool him off, as well as sober him up.
