Title: Order to Merchants from the Vizier's office

All merchants of Kun Qalasi are hereby ordered, by the authority of the Vizier, to examine all of their silver for signs of counterfeiting. All counterfeit silver is to be delivered to the Vizier's office. Additionally, all merchants are required to submit a log of their trading for the past three months to the vizier's office.
