Those players with characters sheltering in the High Garden Mines:
Sora the Air Elemental has been tipped off to the location as being used for a shelter, and has taken it upon himself to deliver supplies as needed daily. Supplies include food, water, bundles of firewood, and blankets as needed.
If anyone else is patrolling, Sora may be "encountered"(even if I'm not on at the moment) if you want a reason to likewise know there are people in the mines and roleplay helping them.
