Title: The Ausarium

The Ausarium

The Valiant Estate , or simply the Ausarium, as some have nicknamed the structure, is a massive sandstone building located at the edge of High Garden. Build in the 16th year of the Forth Age by Ausar Valiant, with considerable help from his relatives and the temple tribe, it now houses large parts of the Valiant family along with some of their close friends and allies. Back in the day the former tempel was a direct neighbor, but the temple tribe moved their base closer to the city years after.

It's outward appearance resembles Egyptian architecture, complete with many fine ornaments. A tribute to both the foxramau's fondness for Ancient Egypt, as well as a nod to one of Ausar's loved ones. The sandstone was in part obtained from the ruins of old Lismore, the rest provided by a local quarry. The delicate work on the windows shows Vheljen Valetine's unmistakable signature.

It is hard to not notice the building, considering the size, the fact that it is the sole building in sight when you arrive by the gateway and if one can sense the aura of the family of demons that calls the place their home, it shines like a lighthouse.

Lord of the House is Ausar Valiant, played by DruonGrawal. Contact him for anything important IC or OOC that considers the Ausarium. Messengers, delivery men and unexpected guests might also want to poke Aspen Whybrow (Nem Ethaniel), who currently plays the estate's caretaker.

There is a standing OOC rule that claims that the house is supposed to have several rooms just like the normal bedroom to cater to the many inhabitants. So the bedroom directly accessible by one set of stairs has many 'instances'. All players that are supposed to be living in the house (permanently or as guests for a number of days) can make use of the room if their roleplay so requires it, as long as it isn't already in use, claiming it to be their individual room for the duration.

Residents & Regulars

This house is home and shelter to many, though not all are actually living at the Ausarium full time. This list consists of the people you are likely to encounter within the house and their relation to the landlord and his family.

If I missed your character's name or if you think you shouldn't be on this list, please contact me either here in the forum or give Ausar a poke in SL. Thank you. :)
