Title: WANTED: Mishra Snowpaw

By order of Princess Yuna Fu Sheng, Mishra Snowpaw is to be brought under arrest for the theft of the princess' property and failure to submit to local law-enforcement.
The warrant calls for an immediate arrest at the earliest opportunity.

The Temple has taken Mishra and the stolen artifact into custody until such a time as an official meeting can be conducted to discuss the matter.
