These events are still in planning and require feedbacks on opportune times and general opinions. There will be more if the first ones are gathering enough feedback.
Azathiel has posted warrant fliers across the city in search for warriors, casters and others capable in the arts of combat..
The target is a coven of dark-casters in a twisted forest, the very land warped by their rituals.
The goal of said casters is to bring forth their god to destroy the world, and as that, even without their god, they could pose a sizeable threat to lismore if left unchecked.
There is a high chance to be assaulted when entering the forest, the wildlife is highly hostile and dangerous.
The casters themself need to be eliminated if they cannot be swayed to let go of their destructive ways.
They may have resistances and weaknesses, that require to be discovered as combat proceeds, if the casters cannot be swayed..
This mission is dubbed "The First Straw." It is the first attempt to dismantle a larger coven.
The secondary goal is to dismantle a keystone that is used to stabilize a gateway to the void.. It may be deeper in the coven and in all likelihood is guarded by voidspawn, and may summon forth more of such. Extreme caution is advised.
While monetary compensation is possible.. it cannot be granted in large amounts, for the moment, the threat this coven poses has to be neutralized first.

After playing out a recruiting scene with Azathiel, Ausar and Miriamlla would be willing to lent their strenght to the mission and aid the angel in his crusade against the Void-covens.
Aryn and I are pretty flexible monday to friday, saturday and sunday however we can usually only make it at about 3pm SLT due to our Pen & Paper RPG group.

I would suspect that many are still busy with visits to and from family and friends at that day.

Yeah, unlike the US, several countries in Europe celebrate Christmas with two days, that being the 25th and the 26th. I don't think it would be wise to try and pull it this weekend unless you perhaps go for Sunday.

First strike concludes with a new ally, a downed coven member, and a void stone that calls out to demons that hold it. Its been a great three part event overall (see notices for part one and two info).
