That's right! As my attempts to catch people when they are online has been unsuccessful so far, I have decided to set a fixed time and date to run my event.
I am planning to run my event on the 5th of Nov at 5pm SLT. NPC(s) will be dispatched to ensure heros are aware of the situation when it occurs :3
