Navaru Sil'Dur has been granted official permit from the City of Lismore to practice and teach his Necromantic arts within the empire.

PERMIT REVOKED

Navaru Sil'Dur's necromancy permit has been revoked indefinitely, with no chance of appeal for the next two years ((4 RL months)) following transgressions towards the Lismorean Empire.
