Title: BOUNTY: Cena Valentine

The ruler of Lismore Lady Xian Fangshi Valentine has issued a bounty of 10000 (ten thousand) gold coins for the capture of Cena Valentine, alive.

Cena is suspected of having caused the fire that consumed a good part of the Valentines House and is wanted for questioning.

This bounty is hereby voided by Emperor Xahu Fu Sheng. Cena Valentine is to suffer no further persecution because of it!
