Here we got our traditional bunches of pumpkins carved, and will be putting them out in the yard tomorrow... Might dress as the Doctor again and walk around the mall... The year before that the lovely girls at the coffee shop recognized me and were all geeked out! ...that was after the mall security kicked us out because Tye was wearing a full prosthesis mask over his face and that apparently is not allowed! :P

I feel ashamed, my first thought when hearing you got kicked out the mall was to say "He wears the mask to avoid traumatising the children" or something to that effect!
And for halloween... I'm doing nothing! :D

Pumpkin Man was my special creation this year. Tye spent the night carving a My Little Pony themed pumpkin with Chris... Khrish... Whatever is the name of the changeling queen!

I put on an old pirate outfit from a previous year. And posed alongside my creation the Pumpkin Man... and went to Barnes & Noble to read some pirate stories!

Aw! That is so sad!
...but yes, modern ways of life are killing trick-or-treating! Some areas are still Ok, but in general, it's dwindling. :(

Well the pirate one was just something we had lying around, made for Halloween. The Dr. Who one is an actual tailored suit. :)
I had the idea of constructing a styrofoam TARDIS, and sitting inside it, and going over somewhere like the mall or something, and picking it up from the inside and moving it around. ;) ...but not enough time for that this year. Maybe in a future year.
